Brewdog Punk IPA (6%)

This is a bottle of Brewdog Punk IPA. A strong, dark tasting beer that I picked up for a whole £1 a bottle in Tesco. I think I’ll be going back to get some more when this runs out too.

Some beer tastes strong and gets a bit nasty after a few mouthfuls, but this retains its flavour, but is also quite bitter.

According to the label on the bottle, it’s “doubtful that [I will] have the taste and sophistication to appreciate the depth, character and quality”. Well I could go on about the strong flavour that reminds me of the first pint in a Lake District pub after a hard day’s walking, and how even though the bottle is nearly empty the flavour is still as crisp and full as the first mouthful was, but I’d rather just drink the stuff and watch TV
